About Fluffy's Friends
Fluffy's Friends, Inc. is a registered Texas Non-Profit Corporation established for the purpose of preventing cruelty to animals. In Texas there are many cat breeders dumping unwanted cats at kill shelters. In this economy, there are many owners no longer able to care for their pets. We rescue purebred and mix-breed cats from city and county shelters, as well as take in cats from owners who can no longer afford to take care of their pets.
We are a private rescue and are funded by donations. We are not a shelter, but a rescue. A rescue is a private home and not a public place to visit. Adopters must make appointments prior to visiting foster homes. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FeLV tested, wormed, and vaccinated prior to adoption.
